Key functions
- Lead and develop the Bolivia Travel & Logistics team.
- Manage complex travel, event, and logistics operations.
- Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, U.S. Government regulations, and Udersol policies.
- Coordinate closely with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Postgraduate studies or certifications in Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Travel Management, or Operations are desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel, logistics, event management, or operations within an international environment.
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
- Conocimiento Técnico:
- Travel management and booking systems.
- Logistics and event management.
- Procurement and vendor management.
- Travel coordination and expense management.
- Budget planning, cost control, and financial tracking.
- Project management and operational planning.
- Contract and service provider management.
- Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Reporting, data analysis, and KPI monitoring.
- Risk management and contingency planning.
- Knowledge of U.S. Government-funded program requirements and compliance is a plus.
- Knowledge of local regulations and administrative procedures in Bolivia is desirable.
Key competencies
- Demonstrated experience managing medium- to large-scale events and travel operations.
- Experience with travel vendors, procurement, booking systems, and logistics coordination.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with international organizations, development programs, NGOs, or multinational companies is preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. Government-funded programs is a plus.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
